Booking software for beauty salons, lash and brow techs and massage therapists
Beauty treatments come with more paperwork than a haircut: patch tests, contraindications, consent. They also vary in length from a fifteen-minute brow tidy to a two-hour lash set. Booking software for a beauty business has to handle both, without you chasing forms by message the night before.
Your own booking page for £35 a month. No commission. Free trial, no card needed.
Start your free trialConsent and patch-test forms before the client arrives
Build a form for each kind of treatment with questions, a date field for the last patch test, a consent statement and a signature box. Attach it to the treatments that need it. The client completes it while booking or from an emailed link, and the answers stay on their record with allergies and medical conditions flagged.
A treatment menu clients can read
- Group treatments into categories and subcategories: lashes, brows, waxing, facials, massage.
- Give each treatment a description so clients book the right one.
- Set a true duration for each treatment, in steps of five minutes.
Different therapists, different times and prices
A senior therapist may charge more or work faster than a junior. Price and duration can be set per therapist for the same treatment, and each therapist has their own working hours.
Notes that make the next visit better
Keep notes on each client: lash map, wax type, pressure preference, products that caused a reaction. Notes can be marked private so only staff see them. Booking history and spend sit on the same page.
Clients change their own appointments
Clients can cancel or reschedule online from their account. Rescheduling is open until 24 hours before the appointment, which protects you from last-minute moves.
Bring them back
Clients can earn loyalty points on completed treatments and use them against a later booking. After the visit they can be invited by email to leave a star rating.
Frequently asked questions
Can I require a consent form for some treatments only?
Yes. Forms are attached per service, so a lash lift can require a form while a nail file does not.
Can clients sign the form on their phone?
Yes. The form has a signature box that works on a touch screen.
Does BookBook take a commission?
No. It is a fixed monthly fee. There is no commission on bookings.
