A booking system for barbers and barbershops
The phone rings halfway through a fade, the DMs pile up after closing, and Saturday is a queue out the door. Online booking lets clients see which barber is free and book themselves, so the clippers keep going and nobody has to answer "can you fit me in?" between cuts.
Your own booking page for £35 a month. No commission. Free trial, no card needed.
Start your free trialClients pick their barber, or whoever is free
Regulars want their barber. New clients want the first free chair. The booking page offers both: choose a named barber, or pick "any available" and get the next free slot across the shop.
Prices and times set per barber
- A skin fade from your senior barber can cost more and take longer than the same cut from a junior. Set the price and time for each service, per barber.
- Short services such as a beard trim or line-up get their own short duration.
- Clients see the service list and the price before they confirm.
Keep time back for walk-ins
Walk-ins are part of barbering. Block out the hours you keep for them, for example every Saturday morning, and online booking only fills the rest of the day. Recurring blocks repeat by themselves, so you set it once.
Each barber's own hours
Every barber has their own working days, hours and break. Holidays and time off go in as blocks, so nobody can book a barber who is not in.
More than one shop
Run two or more shops from one account. Clients choose the shop first, then the barber.
Works for cash-only barbers
Clients book online and pay cash in the shop. If you want card payments too, switch on online card payment in your settings, with an optional deposit.
Why not just use a marketplace app?
They bring some new clients, and that can be worth it early on. The cost is the commission, usually 20 to 30 percent on those bookings, and the fact that the client list belongs to the app. Many barbers keep a marketplace listing for new faces and put regulars on their own booking page, so repeat cuts are commission-free.
